Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GlowPic mobile app (“the app”), provided by GlowPic Labs (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using GlowPic you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

GlowPic is a photo-editing app offering on-device enhancement, retouching, filters, background tools and AI-based enhancement. Some features (“Pro”) require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GlowPic on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and content you edit (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to use any photo you import. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process Your Content so the app can provide its features — including sending images to our AI provider when you choose an AI feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for unlawful purposes, or to edit content you do not have the rights to use;
• create content that is illegal, infringing or harmful, or that impersonates another person in a deceptive or harmful way;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the app, its security, or its purchase checks;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or its paid features.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and trials

• GlowPic Pro is offered as a subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time “Lifetime” purchase. Current prices are shown in the app.
• All purchases are processed and billed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies.

6. AI features

AI Enhance and SuperScale generate results automatically using third-party AI models and require an internet connection. Results vary and may not always match your expectations; these features are provided on an “as is” basis.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, name, logo and software, is owned by GlowPic Labs and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important photos.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowPic Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–9) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
